broken power window

When I put the front window up, it goes to the top and then comes half way down. Any suggestions?:disappoin

I'm assuming this is a drivers window - window has lost home - easiest way to relearn takes 2 people - hold the sindow switch down while other unhooks battery - wait a min. and reconnect - hold down switch till bottom and an additional 5 sec. then same thing up - should relearn possition
