Just an idea

Hey guys, I think I finally decided what I want to do. And yes, like other times before, I probably will change my mind again. I think whenever we do sell the house and I am able to get another Mustang, I think I'm going to get a 94-95 5.0 that is white and then I will make it a Mach 1 clone. I'll use the Mach scoop, hood, black stripe on hood and rocker panels, and a black spoiler. And ofcourse some kind of Mach LOOKING wheels. Or get a black one and just reverse the color scheme (black w/white trim). I like both black or white.

Do any of you know if they make a Mach 1 hood for 94-98 Stangs? I know they make a functional Mach hood scoop, but I'm not sure about the hood. I'd love to get another 87-93 Fox, but I like the idea of better brakes, suspension, and a pass. front airbag. Plus the newer ones are safer (pass.airbag) and they also are more sleek looking. I still love the Fox, so who knows, by the time we do sell the house (next year) I'll probably switch back to getting another 87-93 Fox.

Can you tell it's driving me crazy not having a Stang for 4 years, especially when spring comes every year?!!

Depending on how long I hang onto my 2000, I'm wanting to swap either a Cobra or Mach 1 motor into it myself

When I do get another, I'd like to get a 94-95 and make it look like a Mach, either white w/black trim or black w/white trim. But the whole reason why I want a 94-95 vs. 96-98 is for the 5.0!! I know the 4.6 is good but, they are also more expensive and the parts for them are also more expensive, not to mention the lack of room to work on them. Now, if I can find a 99-04 without an engine cheap enough, then I would drop a 5.0 in it and have the real clone look of the Mach. But for the money it would probably still be cheaper to get the older 94-95 with an engine vs. a newer one w/out an engine then spending the money to get an engine and convert some things over to the 5.0.
