I assume you want to remove/swap the speedometer, fuel, temperature gauges of your instrument cluster. Go to this site, the instructions are very clear (and easy):

Good luck

no i bought just new gauges, not the whole cluster, i screwed up the tach and had to buy a whole new cluster off ebay, i was told that i need to remove the old gauges without taking off the needles and maneuver the new indiglo ones over the needles some how..see what im saying..the thing you sent looks like taking the whole cluster out and putting a new one in. but thanks tho

Go to honda-tech.com, do a search on cluster/gauge or create a thread at the appropriate forum and explain your situation/problem. I am sure there are a lot qualified persons with good knowledges to help you. Good luck

if your just swapping out the clusters, then take out the trim screws, then take out the cluster screws, then unplug the cluster, its like 5 mins or less, then reverse to put it in, its so easy even a cave man can do it. all you even need is a phillips screw driver.
