Guys thanks for your help thus far I think i may have narrowed my thumping noise down to the passenger front sway bar end link. The bushing is shot and the bolt looks like it makes contact with the surrounding metal. Can i simply jack the car up, remove this end link and replace it, or will the driver side cause the entire sway bar to rotate and not allow me to realign the bolt holes for reassembly? I dont want to do this if i cannot get it back together. Please help.

One bushing and link kit will replace both sides. The stabalizer will roll free when both sides are disconected, allowing everything to fit in place.
