Has Anyone Done It Themself?

hey i got my car back and it looks like shiiiiittt. the orange looks great but then on half of the car the green pearl is all blotchy and not put on even at all you can see streaks of pearl and it looks like shit so i have to paint it again. my question is has anyone shaved their own moldings? how about door handles? if so what process did you use and how did it come out? thanks

You have to remove the stock pieces then weld in sheet metal where they were then sand and bondo around it to smooth it all out then of course paint. And you need to install these solenoid things to pop the doors.
