89 Regal cooling fans???

Hi all,
I'm workin on a friends 89 Regal with the 2.8. He overheated and busted alot of stuff. :shakehead We had to replace the radiator since it cracked, the waterpump since he toasted the seal/bearing, and the coolant sensor. Now when we run it, the fans do not turn on. :banghead: At what temp do the fans turn on? Also, are the fans supposed to turn on when you disconnect the coolant sensor? Thanks for any help all!!!

Found out that there was a short in the ground. It was getting juice, but it wasnt grounding properly. So a quick cut in the grounds and a reconnect to a good groujnd got the fans running. Hope this helps someone in a similar situation...
