Dash Lights

Hello Forum:

I am new to the forum and to Saturn ownership. I have an Ion1 2003 with an automatic. I need to replace som eof the dash lights, but I figure out how the dash comes off to get access to the the back of it in order to replace the bulbs. Can anyone please help me.:banghead:

by dash lights i'm assuming you mean cluster lamps. remove the trim plate around the radio, ac controls and upper vents. it just pops out, held down by clips. be careful not to break it. then, there is a 7mm screw above the radio that attaches to the i/p bezel. remove it. then, the bezel around the i/p cluster will pop out of the dash. (upward) then, there are three screws holding the i/p cluster down, remove them, then the cluster can be removed. the bulbs are removed by twisting them counter-clock wise. it's pretty easy. good luck.

Thanks you for the instructions. They were perfect. Would you happen to know which auto store carries the replacement bulbs? I have only been able to locate them at the local Saturn dealer.
