well, i got my ACPT 1-piece shaft in today...pain in the ass but no big issues...
just have one concern. When i was sliding the yoke into the transfercase, i slid it in about 2 inches past where is needs to be. I didnt feel any real resistance, but it still makes me a little nervous. Is there a seal that i might have pushed in or anything else that i possible could have damaged?
to try and clarify, the yoke on the ACPT shaft doesnt have the protective shield that the stock one has to stop it, so i just slid it in about most of the way. when i hooked the back to the rear diff, i had to pull it out about 2 inches.
so...anyone have a cutaway or exploded view of the transfercase? or happen to know offhand?
one other thing i wanted to run by you guys...there is a tiny tiny bit of play at the yoke there the shaft meets the t-case...barely noticable. How much of a problem is that gonna cause me?
thanks guys...
