Personally I'd stay away from ebay and go with a reputable company.

fast_driving2007
05-02-2007, 08:56 AM
resonator or cat..

The exhaust in the link has a resonator and your car comes with a cat unless it has been previously removed. I cut off the resonator and I don't have a cat.

so it wouldnt be that loud?????

No exhaust will be real loud, no matter what size if you use the stock cat and the resonator that will come with it; pretty self explanatory.

well the srt stock comes wit two resonators....and that exhaust from the link only comes wit one.

it would be a lil louder though if i keep the stock cat....and did u notice any performance gain wit the exhaust???

well the srt stock comes wit two resonators....and that exhaust from the link only comes wit one.
Well, the ones on the stock srt aren't much bigger than the pipes themselves...this one is huge so in all honesty...if you had your stock cat and this exhaust with the resonator hooked up, it would as quiet as stock.

Get a different brand downpipe...like tusudo or erz.

Did you consider Needswings? I loved by DP from them on stock pipes. Sounded similar.

Some people will always tell you to go for the more expensive brands, but really, its just metal piping. Save your money for the things that really do matter with quality(ex turbos)
As long as the fitment is good and the bends are mandrel it should be just fine. Another thing to consider is the probabilty to rust in your area. Its not an issue where I live, so I have always just used aluminum instead of SS.
