1991 wont start

I installed a new starter and still get a click sound and nothing else. there is click somewhere under the hood besides the one coming from the solenoid. new battery new starter, still same ole problem, are there relays for this? besides the one next to the battery??:banghead:

You might do some testing at the starter relay. Do you have a power distribution center under the hood? The relay should be located there.

You might be able to start it, make sure the tranny is in neutral or park, set the e-brake. Remove the relay, Turn the key on, use a jumper wire, between terminals 30 and 87. The starter should crank, if it starts, remove the jumper.

You'll have to do some testing, that 30 terminal should be hot all the time. What engine size?
