HELP!! 306 Rear Brake Conversions!

I drive a 96 306 D turbo S.

i have 2 questions to ask.

I have been asking at local garages if they know anywhere that would be able to do rear brake/axle conversions. i want to get disc brakes put on the back of my 306 as i am slowly spending money to do this up.

If anyone knows of a place that can do this in the Telford/Wolverhampton/Shrewsbury area of the UK then i would be very grateful for info.

second question is not so important.

is it possible to take the tachometer/milage/rev counter from a phase 2/3 with the trip computer and put it in a phase 1 306 that has analog milage counters?

Thanks in advance.

Nate
