So I'm getting the above code:

Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 2

I did a search and nothing for t-birds.. Is this just an oxygen sensor, or something worse??

If the sensor reads normal, that means the sensor is bad??

Also should the power be n in the car while testing??
