96 buick regal custom

96 regal with the 3100 motor . anyone know where the timing marks are on the harmonic ballancer are located? theres no mark but there are two holes .when getting tdc for number 1 cylinder the first hole lines up with mark on timing cover and the second hole seems to be the 15 degree mark.am i right or wrong
