D15B1 Timing

Anyone know where I can find the proper timing for a D15B1?
In short, car (http://www.honda-acura.net/forums/showthread.php?t=269062#) broke timing belt, car dead, car hauled to Dad's 3 hours away (he has a garage and used to be a mechanic), he calls looking for what engine is in it, and what the timing should be...so here I am, I know it's a D15B1 and now I need to know the timing...anyone?

The white mark on the crank pulley is TDC. The red mark is 16 deg. past TDC. Align the crank pulley to the white mark (TDC). The cam gear UP mark should be up and the lines at 3 and 9 oclock should be aligned with the head. If you want the official service manual explanation, download the service manual:
