Here's The Thing :
i opened the guages to clean them from dust and i didnt know that the guages needles are fixed in a certain way , so i pulled them up and cleaned the guages and when i putted them back i realize that they dont point as ugualy . the temperature became "better" :cwm27: and the speedometer point to 20 when the car is stooped :uhoh: .. and iam not sure of how its going with the fuel guage nor the voltage guage..

i think i messed up big. :banghead:

i went to the dealer and found nothing.

by the way , the speedometer needle is broken and i guled it with super glue :licka:

Do you have any junkyards near you. Mechanical speedometer Caprice guage clusters seem to be in abundance in all the junk yards I've been to. I see all different kinds and combinations. The only one I had trouble finding was the 9C1 certified speedmeter which I picked up on ebay.

i looked around in the junkyards and found some but they where not that clean . i really hate to change the original clean gauges with junkyard ones unless i did not find new ones .

Aside from the KPH, the station wagon I used to have had the exact same setup... too bad I still didn't have it for yah. My advice is to simply keep looking on eBay because the availability of things is constantly changing on there.

there is an ebay store on there with a blue banner, called CAR PARTS he usually has new in the box stuff. and it changes all the time, look him up and email him, he may can get it for you
