Here is my situation-I have a 99 integra with a rebuilt motor, ground effects, exhausts, ect. I have 18 inch Magnesium Alloy rims, what should I do to make my car (a daily driver) but still hang the turns with the best of them? I know a sway bar would help, but what else in the suspension? I want something to make less body flex, but when I get out I don't want to feel like my ass has been dragging the ground the whole way!!!

If you want your suspension to work more efficiently go down a couple of sizes to 15s or 16" wheels. Heavier wheels take longer to compress and rebound and you start to loose traction with the ground. 18s are way too large for a Civic to handle.
Plus more performance tires come in 15s than 18s. 18" tires are more show in most cases.
