2000 Montana No-start

My son in law changed out the plugs/wires on his '00 3.4 also took off icm and coils, cleaned all of it up. Put it back together and now he turns the key and nothing happens. Battery and all connections are secure. He did crank it over for TDC with the module out, could he have blown the fusible link by the starter?

Or is this some kind of security problem? The battery WAS disconnected after he bumped it over.

We even whacked the starter to no avail. Tomorrow he is getting a voltmeter from work to check the ignition circuit.

Any ideas from you other Montana owners?
