Been a while since you've updated us on your car situation. I hope it's going well for ya. Did you ever get a reasonable amount from insurance and begin putting it back together? Was just curious cause there is nothing I despise more than thieves, so I always like to hear when it works out for the good guy in the end.

Funny you mention it. Its not going as smoothly as I had hoped. So, here's the update I guess.

Insurance did work fast, but they screwed me over (like most insurance companies) on the parts that were stolen. Being in a pissy mood, I didn't fight it or anything, but I regret it now. So I got the check and everything and one of the mods on here was going to hook me up with a sweet deal on everything that I needed for a heck of a price. Only problem is, I STILL don't have the parts yet.

He was going to get me some parts from a friend of his, so he was waiting to get that before he was going to send everything out. But he got really busy with life and stuff and didn't get around to it. But he finally verified that he sent everything out and gave me the tracking number. Well, I kept tabs on the number for a week or so, but it always said the same thing with no ETA or current location. It just said that the billing info has been received. So I contacted the shipping service (UPS) about it and they said that, that doesn't neccessarily mean that they have physically picked up the package yet. So, I'm assuming that the guy I got them from still has them. But I think he is on his honeymoon right now or some shit.

So, still no parts and I got half a car sitting in my garage leaking fluids and stuff. And every time I leave the house, I see it sitting there, and it breaks my heart. I'm starting to get antsy and impatient now because I want her to work. Basically, still waiting on parts. And nothing on whoever stole them. They were definately professionals though. They were very quiet, efficient, could work in the dark, knew what they were going for, and had all the right tools. I was just unlucky enough to be a victim I guess. I hate life and God hates me.

Even if you never know who did it, when they look in the mirror they see the face of a no good rotton POS. You got the better end of that deal. Some day they will get whats coming.

I hope so. I wish I know find them and legally torture them for a whole year and dismember them and make their lives complete SHIT, then let them go. It would be awesome and I would feel better.

Or find them, recover the stolen stuff, and beat them to death with it. Lets see how an intake to the face feels beeeeeeeotch!

glad your close to getting it back together. keep an eye on ups though. I personally hate ups now. I had $720 worth of merchandise stolen by a ups employee during transit last month and they said there is no possible way to track down who did it. they can just look up whats in the box and do what they please with it. anyway, hope everything works out for ya.

I just want to find them, get my shit back, cripple their hands beyond useful healing, and then sue them for mental anguish. I bet I could get $30K with that in civil courts. :)
