A managed to pick these up for pretty cheap today...
All 3 come with an engine so it can be motorised, and a 1/24 Honda Scooter.
Copyright date on them is 1981

The Skyline and the Leopard might be rare, but the Soarer isn't hard to find at all. It's just an older Tamiya kit. It's still a good purchase in my opinion though.:) I have one on my loooooooooong to-do list.

I remeber them being reissued about 4 years ago and they are still available on Hobby Search

Soarer (http://www.1999.co.jp/asp/GoodsDetails_e.asp?Bno=3213760&Typ1_c=102&Typ2_c=106&Typ3_c=438&SPage=1&SC=8&SN=Search+result+Search+for+%3A+soarer&It_c=10010401&andor=0&scope=0&scope2=0&thumb=1&sortID=1&urikire=1&sort_sort=0&ItKey=soarer&app_url=KeyReference_right_e.asp)
Skyline's not on there though.

Nope, these kits aren't rare, just old (about 18 yrs I think), hence the electric motor.
They're in Tamiya's re-issue program. One of the kits came with a Yamaha Beluga scooter IIRC.
You can probably find 'm all at http://www.hobbyhq.com.au/

i think the Tamiya Jazz model is motorized as well, you can also change the templates to make it either go in a figure 8, a slalom, and a blank one for you to customize.

Thanks guys!
That site above is actually where I bought them from, I got all 3 for less than what one full price Tamiya kit costs.
Cheap Tamiya Kits are few and far between, so I didnt have any second thoughts in buying them, regardless of what they were or how old! :flash:
