Guess I post it here now so all three can "start" off together. Talk about timing!
Formerly referred to as the Orange 7, it is finished. What a fun build, at least for me. Gonna go break it in on some back roads, later dudes...

Mark,
Awesome work as usual! So, what's next? Another super-detailed one? I am trying to get my hands on a speed record model. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Hossain

Thanks!
Hossain, haven't we met before, at TamiyaCon?
After the Blue "Superb 7", I'm in the mood for some simpler builds for a bit. I'm sure something exciting for me will grab my interest in a couple months or so... It seems to always happen...
Do you mean the JPE 7 when you sat Speed Record model? They are around, almost as easy to find now as the full fendered BDR... I think I know where to order one if you need help. - Mark

What a great detail! I like how the carbon fibers look. The interior is beautiful, I love the short throw shifter! The chrome finish on the engine exhaust header is just WOW~

Wow, could be a real car except the finish and fit are better! Absolutely awesome! The vinyl/leather seat surrounds look superb not sure about the seat pattern though!

Absolutely insane. You humble us yet again.
I'm still fascinated by the quality of your decals. What do you use to produce such small decals with such good resolution? I find my small decals at that size are poorly detailed and fuzzy...

Utterly beautiful build, but what's with that horrid red wheel rim thing? What were you thinking off - far too chavved for a Lotus!

I rather like "that horrid red wheel rim thing"... it sets off the rest of the wheel. Great job on this. It usually takes me as long to un- box a kit as it did for you to build this. Keep 'em coming!

I like it very much! While I enjoy your longer builds, I find that these shorter, simpler ones capture the spirit a little better (in my silly little opinion). In any case - beautiful work as always! It's always great to see such a precise modeler finish a work. The models are just so beautiful.

That looks just perfect and in such a short time build...
Although I liked the color combo of the blue Seven more but that might be just my wierd personal taste :grinno:
