Cost is figurative - it depends on many factors including whether or not you have the skill and desire to do it yourself, or if you plan on taking it to a shop.
I will tell you this much. That engine has a one-piece rear main seal, meaning you don't have to jack up the engine and pull the pan off, but you will have to remove the transmission and torque converter from the vehicle, and the flexplate will need to come off as well. Replacing the seal is a matter of prying the old one out with a screwdriver and driving the new one in. Make sure that you oil the seal before you install it.
