My 95 Ranger Manual States That There Is Powertrain Obd-ii........if So Where Is The Connector To Check The Codes . Usually I Thought The Port Was Under The Drivers Dash, But I Don't See It......plus Is

1995 still has the diagnostic connector under the hood.
