Sometime my car will not start, or just bog out once in awhile. Usually this happens if its been sitting in the warm weather for 20+ minutes, or I have put gas in it. Luckily, it does not happen ALL the time. Usually if I try to start it, and it doesn't, it usually ends up starting after 10-20 minutes of trying. I will try, and it will turn over, but not start, from there I shut it off, wait a few minutes, and then put the key in the start position and let the electronic fuel pump do its thing, and till the car stops beeping, then i will try this until it starts. It is a huge pain. What could be going on here?

Probably the most common thing on our cars. Don't sweat it, try resoldering it.

yeah all 4th gens..u know where the lil change holder on the left that flips down..well its kinda mounted up under that with a 10mm bolt..as for the tegs they will be more of a bitch mounted center of the steering column underneath..only thing is a 90-93 teg main relay mounts uh lil different then 4th gens so it will have to kinda hang up there..i mean atleast the car will run into u find urself the right one. g/l

Undo a few of your dash bolts on the drivers side. Have a friend gently bend the dash upward so you can access the relay from underneath. Take a 10mm socket and bust that bitch open. I agree taking it out is a bitch, you can also unbolt the steering wheel if your head is too big.

I think my head is perfectly proportioned =] But yeah, I'm assuming thats what it is now 100%, because my car was kind of stalling out after I started it, and I tapped on the main relay a few times, and it started right up fine, no boggin out or anything.

Yeah the main relay is prone to cracking at the circuit board joints because of heat and age. If you take it out and open the cover you'll see that the joints are all cracked. You can actaully try resoldering the joints if your cheap like me and wanna save a few bones.
