I need to replace the downstream o2 sensor and I'm wondering can I use a sensor from another vehicle, as long as it's heated? I tested the resistance of the sensor's heater circuit and it's different. Would this cause an effect that my pcm would identify as abnormal..ex - sensor warm up time? Any info would be great. Thanks.

The answer to your question is no! You need to use a sensor for your particular vehicle. If you don't your PCM will always give you a Check Engine Light. Spend the money and buy the correct one as it will save you in the long run.
