Something wrong with window

ok, i have a 04 Alero 2.2 Ecotec, it has been a very good car to me, but i live in Alaska, and i was driving it during a wind storm (gust of wind at 90 MPH) and my window tilted and dropped downwards. so it's in the door pannel now, i don't know if it's broken, but i tried to roll it up, and it wont...what happened? and how do i fix it?

you will have to take off the door panel and put it back into the track.
