P/A tie rod end replacement

Need to replace left outer tie rod end on 2000 Buick P/A. Which brand is recommended for replacement. I had price quotes from about $10 to over $50 dollars. I've been told Spicer Brand is good. It looks like replacing the tie rod is not all that hard. The shop wants around $180. Does front end alignment need to be redone. Thanks for any info.

Yes you will need the toe reset. Moog , Trw, Napa premuim, a 10 part will not do here!
