Im using CSC and have had the body in it for 24 hours at least and the paint is still stuck on. Whats wrong? The paint is some automotive touch-up brand. Does CSC eventually lose its power after so many uses? Thanks.

Have you tried brake fluid? In my personal experience, CSC loses some of its effectiveness after a while. :)

Use Isopropyl Alcohol. It's quick and easy and strips off every paint I've tried it on including all the popular model paints and automotive paints as well. The odd time I have used brake fluid I've found it made the plastic weak and brittle.

I agree with both posts. Brake fluid does, in fact, make the plastic brittle (in my experience) but work in a handful of hours, and if you're mindful, you can get the stuff out before the plastic is affected. It also doesn't work on resin, I understand. CSC is good for chrome and... what else?
Also, you may need a pole.

Try using alcohol. The higer the isopropyl, the better. I had problems removing paint made by Kustom Kolors and only thing that was able to remove it was alcohol. I have some 91% isopropyl and it only removed the paint after I had the model soaking over night and then scrubbed the paint off. I noticed once the alcohol evaporated the paint would be hard to scrub off, so It took me a few days and nights of over night soaking and scrubbing. If you can find anything higher than 91%, try it.
