85 Accord can't find fuel pump relay

I have an 85 Accord carb engine getting no fuel. I can't hear the fuel pump and want to check the fuel pump relay. Haynes says it's under the dash near the fuse panel but I'm not finding it. Do I need to take the dash apart?

It,s on the left lower side of the drivers kick panel.It,s black and about 2X3 inches in size.The fuel pump is on the drivers side frame rail.
