Best parts are OEM- (A/C Delco) which would include plugs, wires, cap, and rotor

You might also want to get:

Oil filter - AC/PF52
Air filter - AC/A1163C, 25098463, WIX 46117, Puro A2473, Fram CA7421
Fuel filter - AC/GF652, 2517179,2 WIX 33481
Differential Oil - Mobil 1 75W90
Transfer Case Oil - AutoTrak II, GM 12378508
Power Steering Fluid - GM 1050017 (Spec No. 9985010)
Spark plugs - AC 41-932 - P/N 25321614
Spark Plug Wires - 88984265, AC 746KK, Standard 7673
Distributor Cap - 10452485, AC D328A, Standard DR475
Distributor Rotor - 10452457, AC D465, Standard DR331
Acc. Belt - GM012555016, Dayco 6PK2425
PCV valve - AC CV769C, 06487532

The rear spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor will require you to remove the interior engine cover (dog house). The fuel filter is fairly accessible under the vehicle, as well as the front and rear differentials and transfer case (AWD).

If you're performing your annual tune-up and maintenance, remember to rotate tires, inspect brakes, lube the 14 grease fittings for the front suspension and steering, lower the spare tire and lubricate the lift cable, clean the door and window seals and apply clear silicone grease, OIL (not spray lube) the hinges, latches, and door guide rollers, check the wiper blades, clean the park brake cables, graphite the lock cylinders, and whatever other maintenance is appropriate for the vehicle mileage.

when it came time to change the plug wires on mine i just bought the parts i wanted and took it an econo-lube and tune. changing the wires is a major pain and almost requires a lift or a pit. up and down, and in and out of the cabin. you can do it yourself, i just chose not to. cost me about $120 labor.

I would pick up a huge can of patience and a box of bandaids! I did mine, ONCE... Never will I ever do that again! :frown:
On the serious side I believe there's a plug wire tool to be had. The driver side is more difficult.

For reference, I just did the second tune on my second 2000 Astro. The plugs were due. The cap and rotor were overdue. It got wires at the same time. It's about a two-hour job including removal of the dog house and I/P parts (trim, CD player, etc. ) The plugs are relatively easy to access through the wheel openings if you carefully remove the push-pin fasteners for the splash aprons. A long-ish extension (some of them needed 18-24" to make it comfortable) , universal, and patience will get you there.

#6 had some deposits and all the gaps were over 0.080" so it was time.
