tri-power

I"m servicing the front brakes of a 2002 durango and noticed that one of the retaining clips that secures the outer half of the caliper to the spindle is missing. there are no local mopar dealers here. Does anyone know if the part can be purchased at advanced or autozone? I do not know the technical name of the part, but I found a picture of it on rock auto parts website. Dorman HW5675 is the part, but noone locally carries the part.
