I need to replace the speaker in the drivers side door but am having trouble figuring out how to get at it. Does anybody have any information or advice? As with so many things, it seems to be made to discourage DIY work.

To remove the door panel, remove the window handle, take off all screws, and then push up on the entire plastic molded door panel. It slides off to the top.
Best Regards,
Stan

Does tjr1000 need to replace the speaker beacause it sounds like its broke. I did replace mine in the drivers side door and it still sounds bad when there is a lot of bass. I'm assuming something is vibrating inside the door. I've looked but can't figure out whats loose, Has any one had this problem and figured out what is causing it
