Blazer blocked duct

A/C is cold and fan blowing hard, but very little ventilation blowing through ducts. Diaphrams seem to be working . How do I remove the dash to access the duct system for blockages?

Does the airflow come out of the defroster only? If not, where is it blowing out? Are you able to regulate the temperature of the airflow?
