65 Caliente needing drive train

The 65 caliente I have has a 6 cyl. I want to change the engine to a V8. Can someone tell me which cars I could look at buying in order to pull the whole drive train and put in the comet. Also, will the front end suspension work. Maybe someone knows of a website that can help. I really would appreciate any help you can offer.
