Crankshaft bolt

Does anybody know how to remove big bolt on the end of the crankshaft.
I have to remove vibration damper and I am not shure how to do it.
Dodge manual don't show much deatail about it.
Anybody can help with step by step instruction, please.
Dodge Dakota 2001 3.6l ,manual ,2 WD, no AC.
