84 Cutlass Transmission

I have a 250C transmission in my Cutlass and there is no 2nd gear. It will shift from 1st to 3rd only.From manual low to drive there is a shift. In second there is still low. Anybody know what the problem could be? Thanks.

This is an internal problem, how is reverse does it slip?
