1990 Sierra - Injector/Flooding Problem

My truck recently broke down on the side of street, i had to leave it there for the night and tow it in the morning. I pulled the air filter off and tried starting it but no fuel was getting to the engine/injectors. A day later I tried and now it's squirting too much fuel. I bought a new ECM 8 months ago so I don't think it is that, but more likely a sensor. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have spark, did it try to start?

Yes I have spark, and it starts sometimes if I push the gas pedal all the way down but it stalls and won't idle.

It turned out to be the engine coolant sensor. A $20 fix is a nice change.
