94 PA radio problem

The radio in my 94 PA only works when it wants to. The lights come on, but I cant change the station or the vol. Oddly, when this happends the sterring wheel controls dont work for any radio function or the temp function. Any idea on how to fix?

Your radio may have an internal problem. First remove the radio from the dash and check the wiring to see if anything came loose or disconnected.
