Good Buy

I have been looking to get a car for quite some time and been interested in dsm's. I recently came across this:

Its a 1995 Eagle Talon for $3000CDN. Here is the description:

It has some mods done to it and i emailed the guy asking about problems. He said it needs a new heater hose and "needs minor electrical work to get running". He also sent some more pictures and the car looks very clean from the exterior at least.

Should i stay away from this car or get some more information and go for a test drive?

Looks like a nice car. You need to find out how many miles are on it. I would be care getting a care with electrical issues. I could turn out to be a nightmare that will never work right. Hopefully you know alittle when it comes to electrical things like reading wiring diagrams.
