so i am in the process of building up my se-r 200sx to be turbo.here is what i have bought for it:

1) t28 mitsubishi turbo internally wastegated at 8psi and i shimmed it out to about 10psi
2) 30x7x3 bar and plate fmic
3) intercooler piping with all couplers and t bolt clamps
4) hks ssq bov with flange
5) autometer boost gauge
6) sr20det turbo manifold
7) all new gaskets for everything
8) turbo oil inlet/outlet flanges
9) ss braided oil lines with fittings
10) greddy downpipe
11) mandrel bent 3 inch catback exhaust

with these turbo parts and a catback exhaust, whats your opinions on the horsepower gains i could see coming from this kit pushing 10psi?i was hoping 50-75 horsepower

slideways...

seems about right. if i could comment on some of your choices though...

1. mitsu doesnt make t28s. thats a garret turbo. not a bad choice otherwise. you will however have to drill your oil pan. but you knew that right?

2. that intercooler is a bit big for your plans. i suggest a 24x6x2.5
3. make sure the HKS ssqv has an attachment to recirculate. venting a BOV isnt good in a MAF metered car.

once you get all that, i suggest a better braking option.
calipers from a 1991-1993 nissan nx2000 w/ABS (they are a bit bigger and bolt right up)
powerslot rotors from that car (noticeably bigger than the stock rotors on your car)
SS brake lines for a 200sx (the calipers are the same where the line mounts up)
whatever pads you think will suit your needs (the pads should also be for a nx2000 w/ abs application)

all this bolts up without any modification, only you need 15" rims or bigger.
