1990 corvette won't go full throttle

i have a 1990 corvette that runs good at idle but will not go full throttle it has new exhaust from front to back. new map censor new egr valve. new intake gaskets the voltage on the throttle positioning censor is right. has 40 pounds of fuel pressure at idle. rev it up it drops to 35 pounds. pull vacuum line on fuel regulator and it goes up to 43pounds but car will not take full throttle falls on face. any help is greatly appreciated..

Do you see black exhaust when it stalls out at speed?
