Codes are pointing to TCC PWM solenoid or wiring or fuse power to it problem.
Check all wiring and fuses and power feeds.
If the transmission is slipping bad your may have more problems.
What is transmission service and mileage and repair history?

Go over the wiring and wiring plug in's and fuse box real good.
And remember 97 was a bad year for ign switch problems.
If you are losing 12 volt power to TCC solenoid it will at up and set them codes.
