I recently had my old engine replaced and this engine seems to run hotter then my old 93 accord engine... I replaced the Thermostat, water pump, radiator... My fans don't turn on unless I turn on the A/C unit, but still if I drive for 8mins my car is still blazing hot after 2hrs...
Also my car doesn blow hot air anymore.. I don't know what can be causing it to heat up or for the engine to heat up so fast! Please help me!

You have air trapped in the system.
No flow to the heater core and no sensing of temp from the t'stat and fan switch are classic symptoms of that.
Are there any bleeders on the cooling system? If so, purge it from there. If not, you'll have to try filling the radiator (not the tank) with the engine running...get it full, close it up, let it run a few minutes, shut off, carefully remove the cap, fill, close it up, let it run, etc, until it won't take any more water. It should be a little low each time up to a certain point...also always fill with the heater control turned to full heat, or you aren't filling the heater core.
Also when you replaced the thermostat did you install it with the check valve (the little pin that lets air past) facing up? If not, that'll trap air behind it too...
Some real stubborn ones will have to be filled through the upper hose with the thermostat removed, pull the hose off the water outlet on the motor, remove the t'stat, angle the hose up and fill into it....when it starts coming out on the thermostat end, put the stat back in, put the oulet back on, and replace the hose...then fill the rest of the way through the radiator.
There should now be no air anywhere in it. If there's still a problem, you have a compression to cooling jacket leak..

Also I'm assuming you mean that even moving it overheats?
Because if it just heats up when stopped, the fans are at fault. I don't think that's what you meant though.

There is a bleeder screw on the thermostat housing on my son's 95 LX. Your 93 may also have it.
If that does not work you can try a trick I used to do on my old Subaru:
Park on incline nose up
Remove radiator cap and start your engine.
You should see air bubles coming out.
Good luck,
Sam

It heats up when I stop if I don't have the A/C on or when the A/C is off while driving...
Also, my cooling fan doesn't turn on anymore when the car is shut off to cool the engine down...
By the way the mechanic installed the thermostat, so I have no idea if he installed the check valve facing up. But I will indeed past this information to him....
But is it normal for my engine to get that hot so quick after a period of 8-10mins or am I over reacting..
Thank you for your help!

Like I said, if it's got trapped air, it can't sense the coolant temp...fans won't come on because the sensor tip is sitting in a bubble of air instead of water.

Also if the valve cover has part missing where it seals at the bottom will that cause it to overheat as well?
