Please help! No spark!

I have a 1984 cutlass supreme with an olds 350 from a 1979 88. My car (http://www.oldsmobileforum.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1111&PN=1&TPN=1#) died on me last week and I had to get it towed because it would not start up again. I found that the reason was that I have no spark. I tested the power wires and I have 12 volts and clean, tight ground connections. The cap is new, coil is new, wires are new, rotor looks fine. The starter, battery, and alternator are only three weeks old. The starter turns the engine over just fine but I get no spark. Please help, ive tried all I can think of exept for ignition switch...

Replace the ignition module. look under the rotor also for arcing. 12v to the dist correct?
