1999 Cavalier 5 Spd Clutch

Hey guys,



Just wondering if anyone out there has ever replaced a clutch on a Cavalier (1999ish) 5 speed. I'm having a hell of a time and there doesn't seem to be enough room to get the damned thing off. Any ideas? Any links to Clutch removal walkthroughs for Chev cars maybe? Do I have to pull the whole damned engine?

Just did a '98. We were forced to cut a bit of the rear transmission mount bracket back. We also removed just a bit of the front, left bracket. We screwed around with dropping this thing for 2 hours before we got the cutting wheel out. After a bit of trimming the tranny dropped out easily.
