What is it? Measles???:D

Looks like spatter marks to me! Have you accidently flicked some paint onto it? What paint have you used on the car?

It shouldn't be a problem to remove with some rubbing compound, just make sure u use one thats compatible with the paint.

Did you clean it well before painting?

It looks like you got bubbles in the paint, if that is the same spray can that you used for the outside and inside, It is possible that the thinner in the can wasn't properly mixed when you sprayed it, thus spraying bits of paint, and bits of thinner, in different places.

Is that a real light coat, because if it isn't, it is possible that you were holding the can too close.

Did you do anything to the paint in the time between spraying and taking the picture?

Can you give us more details on what kind of paint you used etc etc

what paint did ya use? I had the same problem when i used tamiya acrylics with water for thinner:rolleyes:

Here's what I did

I washed the pieces in water (room temp) with a little shampoo in it. I rinsed it off completely and dabbed it dry with a lint free cloth. I then placed it in a large tupperware to air dry with the lid slightly ajar.

After about a week, I gave it 2 light coats and 1 medium coat of Gunze Sangyo Mr. Surfacer 1000. It was the end of the can so that may be the problem.

I let it dry for a few days (3 or 4) and then sprayed it with tamiya semi-gloss black (inside) and saw the dots. I thought something was wrong with the paint so I sprayed the hood with gloss alum. Since it happened to the hood as well, i think it;s the Mr. Surfacer.

Mixing different companys products will sometimes cause these problems. I've had it happen when using Plasti-Kote t-235 primer under some other paints. T-235 is supposed to be one of the most neutral primers around but Model Master acrylics didn't stick to it evenly.
Just a guess, but willing to bet it's the cause.

I don't think this is the case. I used Mr. Surfacer on my Mini and my MacLaren. It turned out ok. I think the can was almost empty so there was more air in the can the Mr. Surfacer.

iono the hood looks like it has fisheyes that happens when the surface painted is contaminated by: hard water, soap, thinner, drying primer, etc
