Trouble Code p0128 on a 01 3.8L

My 01 bird did not pass inspection due to p0128 code (Coolant Temp below Thermostat regualting temp) I have replaced the thermostat and want to replace the Temp sensor. But I can not find it. does any one know where it is located?
