can someone please tell me where are spark plugs located on this van...i cant find them.....

Raise the front of the vehicle so the tires are off of the ground, (it's not necessary to remove them). Lift the rubber splash guard up and out of the way. Spark plugs are straight in. Use a spark plug swivel socket on a 2' extension, piece of cake.
