was wondering if anyone knew how to change the strut mount and could tell me what i would need to do it on my own. The only thing i have not changed for suspension problems is anything dealing with a strut. The garages around here want $60/ hour and say it will take them 2 hours to do 1 mount.

2 hgours for 1 mounts is bs more like 30 mins maximum. you need a socket, can't actually remember the size but i believe it's 13/16" and a breaker bar to undo the bolts, big hammer and a block of wood to smack the bolts out of the knuckle, you need a 13mm socket and ratchet to remove gthe top bolts you need spring compressors and you need an air compressor and an impact gun with probably an 18mm socket to remove the top bolts on the strut to change to mount, sometime you can use 2 wrenches to undo the top bolt but very rarely
