Header gaskets question

Will be replacing the Hookers on my 1989 350 V8 in 3 or 4 weeks. Was given a kit including header gaskets and bolts but I'm sure that they are just run-of-the-mill stuff.

What would be a good header gasket to use and what about the bolts? Copper or Aluminum any good? Anyone with long experience of this?

Also, what about the collector gaskets. Are copper ones worthwhile?

The rest of the exhaust is coming from Summit. When joining up the pieces should some kind of sealant be used?

I appreciate any and all replies.
Thanks, David

I've used the copper gaskets with good results. Even taken the headers off and put them back on with the same gaskets and never had any leaks. To me it's worth the money for header and collector gaskets.
