I have a 1995 Q45 that is sputtering when I acclerate and there is a check engine indicator that went off. The guy at the dealer said it is the mass air flow sensor. I see that the cost is around $400 for it and didn't want to spend so much for it.
Can I clean the MAF sensor, and if it is able to then can someone tell me how to do it?
Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Yeah, check www.nicoclub.com
Check you connector first, but it is usually not a problem on 1995. If you have been using OEM air filters changed frequently and not K&N, then check your fuel pressure.
Do you have the next of bees sound in your trunk?
